Resin Rush Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled in Resin Rush, a game from NodeRealm. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@noderealm.com.

Game progress on your device

Resin Rush saves game progress and settings locally on your device so you can continue playing. These local saves include puzzle progress and game preferences. Clearing the app's storage removes this local data and may permanently erase your progress.

Advertising and AdMob reporting

Resin Rush uses Google AdMob to show ads and provide advertising analytics and reporting. No separate analytics service is currently used.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. This includes your IP address (which can be used to estimate general location), interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information about app and SDK performance, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. The information processed depends on SDK configuration, device settings and applicable consent choices.

Google processes this information under its own policies. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Google's Mobile Ads data disclosure describes its SDK's data handling.

Your advertising choices

Where required, the app presents Google's consent choices. When available, open Settings and select “Ad privacy choices” to review or change your selection. You can also manage your advertising ID through your Android device's settings. These choices do not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing; non-personalized ads can still involve data used for reporting and fraud prevention.

When you sign up on the NodeRealm homepage and check the permission box, we store your email address, signup date and consent version in the site's hosted database. Your permission covers our monthly newsletter, information about services, offers and beta testing invitations across NodeRealm games, apps, software and websites. This permission is separate from earlier beta-only signups; having your email already does not automatically enroll you.

We retain your signup while you remain subscribed. To withdraw permission, unsubscribe or request deletion, email contact@noderealm.com. Our site hosting and database services process the signup to operate this feature.

NodeRealm beta tester signups

If you join the NodeRealm beta tester list, we store your email address, signup date and consent record in the site's hosted database. With your permission, we use this list to send beta invitations and testing-related emails across our games, apps, software and websites. Signing up does not guarantee a place or immediate access to any project.

We retain your signup while you remain on this list. To withdraw consent, leave the list or request deletion, email contact@noderealm.com. The site's hosting and database services process this information to operate the form. Existing Resin Rush-only signups are not automatically enrolled in this broader list.

Earlier Resin Rush-only tester signups

If you join the Resin Rush tester list on this website, NodeRealm stores your email address, signup date and record of consent in the site's hosted database. We use this list to manage Resin Rush playtesting and send testing invitations and related emails, not unrelated project marketing. Signing up does not guarantee access.

We retain your signup while you remain on the tester list. To withdraw consent, leave the list or request deletion, email contact@noderealm.com. The site's hosting and database services process this information to operate the signup form.

When you contact us

For new website email signups, we use Resend to send a welcome email. Resend receives the recipient email address and message content to provide delivery. We record the send attempt, signup list, provider message identifier when available and delivery-request status for troubleshooting. An accepted send request does not confirm inbox delivery. See Resend's Privacy Policy. Your signup permission and removal options remain as described above.

If you email NodeRealm, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond to your message and handle support or privacy requests. Please do not send payment details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

In-app purchases

In-app purchases are planned for a future version of Resin Rush and are not currently available. This policy will be updated to explain purchase-related information handling before that feature is introduced.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until removed through the app or device storage controls. Information sent in support emails is retained as needed to address the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask NodeRealm to delete information you have sent us by emailing contact@noderealm.com.

Google determines retention of information it processes according to its policies and applicable settings. Clearing Resin Rush's local data does not delete information already processed by Google. See Google's privacy resources above for its controls and deletion options.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact contact@noderealm.com with your request. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a child's information, please use the same address. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant records.

Policy updates

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated date. This policy describes Resin Rush and the NodeRealm email signup lists. It does not describe data handling within the separate Games First or System Survivors products.
